Yes! If you want to use your own artwork please upload it following the instructions on our Contact Us page.

Some of the graphics will work in a larger configuration. If there is a particular image that you want in a larger size, please Contact Us, and we will work with you to determine if additional sizes are available for that image.

Yes! We can produce Window Clings, Window Perf, Banners, Yard Signs, Floor Graphics, and Vehicle Wraps to enhance and complement your dealership. If you would like any additional display elements, please Contact Us to discuss your particular needs.

POLICIES

If there is a problem with your order, please Contact Us so we can promptly resolve it for you.
VISCO return policy requires communication of the issue(s) within 10 days of receipt on all products.

All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please Contact Us. You may request a replacement for your purchase within 10 days of the order ship date for any of the following reasons:

  • Visco sent the wrong item.
  • The item received is defective.
  • If damaged in transit, please have the delivery/trucking company’s driver sign the packing slip acknowledging the damage. Please take pictures before and after opening packages. Contact VISCO immediately so we may assist in the claim process with the shipping company.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase because of item 1 or 2 listed above, please Notify Us. The following terms apply:

  • Communicate the problem to VISCO within 10 days of your original receipt of the order.
  • The products must be returned in new condition.
  • You must include all packaging materials.
  • Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
  • Display the RMA # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your issue being processed.

Due to the custom design of the products, no refunds will be issued; credits can be issued for re-order only. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order, in accordance with the above terms and within 10 days of original delivery, we will issue a re-order credit. A re-stocking fee may apply.

To cancel an order, please Notify Us within 24 hours of placing the order.

All orders will be shipped ground from Louisville, KY to locations in the U.S. only. For information about shipping to international destinations, please Contact Us.
